We offer lease drivers competitive pay, including: practical mile pay, minimum pay per dispatch, and higher pay per mile on shorter loads. We also a $750 cash bonus every 6 months so you don't go in the hole, financially, when you take a week off.

LEASE A TRUCK FROM HIRSCHBACH

RETENTION BONUS

Lease purchase operators receive a Retention Bonus valued at $5,000 per year for as long as they remain under contract with us.  Bonus is paid $100 a week starting the first week the driver gets a settlement.

SKIP A PAYMENT

Lease purchase operators get (2) $750 bonus payments a year.  We call it our Skip a Payment Program. The benefit of this bonus is you can take a week off every six months and let the bonus cover your lease payments so you don’t come back from time off behind on your payments. 

$.99/GALLON

$0.99 gallon for fuel for the duration of their lease – regardless of the pump price.  Additional charges may be incurred if operators.
